LG Chocolate BL20The Chocolate series by LG suffered a blow with the mediocre design of the Chocolate Touch, but that will not stop LG. They have returned to the signature LG Chocolate look and are delivering us a new slider phone that with the looks and style that brings back that incredible design that the Chocolate series is known for. With physical features that can best be described as small, slim and sexy; the LG BL20 Chocolate will not only make you completely forget about the Touch, but it sets the bar for what can now be described as mobile high fashion.

Many BL20 reviews are clamoring the high visual value of this new 3G Chocolate, and who can blame them for seeing the obvious beauty in the device. Still, this does not change the fact that the BL20 on its own is a pretty good mobile phone in terms of specifications. The hidden navigation buttons that LG advertises is actually the touch sensitive control surface just below the screen. This new navigation system is far smoother and easier to use than a navigation pad or a track ball.

The device also features a 2.4 inch 240 x 320 pixel resolution screen and a nifty 5 mega pixel camera. Users of this new Chocolate need not worry about space as the device supports up to 16GB microSD cards. The whole phone is powered by a battery that can deliver up to 5 hours of talk and 450 hours of standby time.

Where to Get

There are BL20 new Chocolate contracts on O2 as the carrier formally made the announcement that they will be offering the device to their clients. The price tag may seem hefty at first, but when you realize that this is a full-fledged 3G device (complete with 3G HSDPA), then the price looks a lot more practical.
