The T-Mobile myTouch 3G is one of the new smartphones to be launched by T-Mobile this year. Also known simply as My Touch 3G, the device will be available sometime this month. All the extra features of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G are packed into a smaller package than the T-Mobile G1, making it bound to be an instant success. The only downside to this device is probably its price tag which is likely to feature on the higher end of the price spectrum.
One advantage that the T-Mobile myTouch 3G has is that it can be coordinated with Outlook Microsoft. This allows you to keep in touch with your friends via email easily, making the phone ideal for the social bee! Even other web applications are really good, with the top class web browser both intuitive and efficient. If you are wondering about the connectivity options, don’t worry! With Wi-Fi capability and access to HSDPA, connecting to the internet has never been easier. Short range connectivity options are also pretty good with the USB port and Bluetooth. You can transfer your media files this way. If the 512 MB memory on the T-Mobile myTouch 3G is not sufficient, you can expand this memory up to 16 GB using the microSD memory card slot on the side of the phone. Playing this media is also not a problem as the media player can play a range of file formats.
The main home screen of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G can be customized according to your preference. Not only is the wallpaper customizable, you can also change the icons and the menu layout. There is a preinstalled program called Sherpa which comes with the phone. This program allows you to find out the location of your favorite programs within the phone easily.
