LG’s Renoir line introduced another new phone at the Mobile World Conference 2009 Barcelona. This new model KC910i Renoir, like its previous models, is dedicated to the memory of the famous painter Pierre-Aguste Renoir and was released on the day of his anniversary. The 2 models KC910 and KC910i which was introduced successively, have very limited differences however.
The newer model KC910i claims to be slightly better looking as its more slim and shiny. LG have decided to remove the lens protector in the new model, the effectiveness of this is yet to be decided by the critics and public. However LG have managed to solve the little problems it experienced with the original version as the new KC910i camera does not crop part of the pictures you take. The image is just the same as you see in the screen through the lens.
The KC910i carries the significant 8megapixel camera as a strong symbol of its identity. This camera is also equipped with smile & blink detector, autofocus and digital image stabilizer. It can record videos at a speed of 30fps normally and 120fps in slow motion recording. Apart from this, the other features you can experience is fast internet connection with HSDPA 7.2Mbps, coupled with WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, inbuilt GPS which enables photos to be geo-tagged, Dolby Sounds and video playback in XviD & DivX formats.

The LG KP500 reviews that I’ve read all seem to suggest that this phone is a great idea and that it is nice to offer the budget consumers a full touch screen phone. Although the phone doesn’t have all the high end features and isn’t a 3G device it does have a nice set of features which will entertain basic personal users. It has a 3 mega pixel camera and a media player as well as a full touch screen user interface and motion gaming.
